In October of 2012 of Cleveland's local musicians Ken Janssen was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease. A successful fundraiser and benefit concert took place to help defray the large amount of medical expenses that Ken incurred with his diagnosis.

This DVD documents the final performance of his band, The It*Men. Accompanied by 13 guest singers, The It*Men play their entire musical catalog.
